Learning Forum 2027 will convene members in Chicago—a city known for forging forward in the face of challenge and change. City of the Big Shoulders, Chicago, provides an ideal backdrop for the OCHIN Network to gather and explore, together, the integrated solutions needed to meet the moment. 

By harnessing what’s proven to transform what’s possible, this year’s Forum is designed to provide member attendees with the insights and prescriptive pathways needed to shoulder common challenges and build momentum around what works today in rural and community healthcare.
